I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of Elements Lodge. The rustic decor and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. It was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with clear signage and easy-to-navigate pathways throughout the property. I never once felt overwhelmed or confused, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite and helpful, it would have been nice to have more support and guidance during my stay.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The mountains looked so majestic, it was a sight to behold. Plus, having a little kitchen in the room was a huge plus. We were able to cook our own meals and save money on eating out. The room had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, microwave, hot plate, pod coffee machine, and kettle. And the best part was that it was situated a short 10-minute walk away from the town center. We enjoyed the peacefulness of being away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to everything we needed.
There was no one in the lobby to assist us and we had to rely on the help of other guests to figure out what to do. It was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

The hotel's decoration is cozy and charming, with beautiful traditional furnishings that reminded me of my childhood home. The general areas are well-maintained and comfortable, providing a welcoming atmosphere for leisurely strolls or quiet relaxation. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff kindly offered assistance and always made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I would have loved to see more engagement and presence from the staff during my stay. Occasionally, it felt like the children working there were preoccupied or not readily available to address any concerns or provide recommendations.

Our stay at Elements Lodge was fantastic! The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the stunning scenery of the snowy mountains every morning. The room itself was spacious and cozy, perfect for our family of three. The kitchenette had all the utensils we needed to cook our meals, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with feather and down duvets and pillows that made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the ski lockers downstairs, as we were able to conveniently store our equipment. The location of the lodge was ideal, right on the bus route, making it easy for us to get to the ski lifts in Grindelwald. I highly recommend Elements Lodge for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
While our experience at Elements Lodge was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lack of sign-posting made it a bit difficult to find the lodge initially, and we witnessed other guests struggling as well.

I absolutely adored the charming decorations throughout the lodge. The cozy atmosphere and lovely furnishings made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. It was so nice to relax in the beautiful common areas and enjoy the company of other guests.
If I had one small request for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for more assistance from the staff. The children working there were polite, but a bit more attentiveness and support would have been appreciated.
